Safety belt: Reminds you to fasten

your safety belt. A chime will also

sound to remind you to fasten your

safety belt.

Charging system: Illuminates when

the battery is not charging properly.

Engine oil pressure: Illuminates

when the oil pressure falls below the

normal range, refer to Engine oil in

the Maintenance and

specifications chapter.

Anti-theft system: Flashes when

the Securilock娂 Passive Anti-theft

System has been activated.

Overdrive off (if equipped):

Illuminates when the overdrive

function of the transaxle has been

turned off, refer to the Driving

chapter. If the light flashes steadily or does not illuminate, have the

transmission serviced soon, or damage may occur.

Upshift (if equipped): To

maximize fuel economy, this light

illuminates when the manual

transmission should be shifted to

the next highest gear. Refer to the Driving chapter for more

information.

Traction Control娂 system (if

equipped): Illuminates when the

Traction Control娂 is turned OFF

and will flash when active. If the

light remains on, have the system

serviced immediately, refer to the

Driving chapter for more

information.
